Chuck Baker, President of Postalessor.com. He is a former real estate specialist for the US Postal Service. Chuck founded ParSell Development Corp in 1998, after leaving the Postal Service to construct and lease-back post offices to the Postal Service. Chuck founded postallessor, in September 1999 to satisfy the need for information in the industry that heretofore was not available. He has been in the field of real estate for over 30 years, a certified appraiser, and has served 12 years with the United States Postal Service in positions ending with project manager in real estate development. Chuck was the Manager of Architectural Barriers Compliance Program at Postal Headquarters in Washington, D.C., responsible for the retrofit of 15,000 facilities, with a $136,000,000 budget.


Bob Wilkes, Vice President, is the former (retired) Manager of Real Estate for the USPS Facilities Office in Atlanta, GA. As a Contracting Officer, Bob was responsible for excepting contracts with builders and developers, signing leases, tax reimbursements, lease amendments, and accepting facilities. With 30 years of USPS experience, he knows the authority of the Postal Service.


Jean Baker, VP Sales and Marketing is a former teacher, with extensive skills in public relations. She has a Masters degree in education, is a certified arbitrator through the Better Business Bureau. She worked in the House of Representatives in Washington, D.C. as a Legislative Director for 10 years and as a real estate specialist for the Postal Service for 5 years.


Larry Blanchard is a lawyer retired from the USPS Legal Council’s office after 28 years of service. Larry has litigated on behalf of the Postal Service and knows what lessors can and can’t do.
